Ultimate Air™ has made some major changes to our Systems!! We have a brand new line of High Performance, High Output Regulators with Limited Lifetime Warranties. We also have an new all aluminum CNC formed and machined ProGrip™ Handle. In order to support the High Pressures of our new FlowTech Series Regulators we released our new Braided 25' High Pressure Hoses.

Ultimate Air™ systems are ultimately the quickest and easiest upgrade to on-board air you can install on your vehicle. Ultimate Air systems uses liquid CO2 to produce the power you need on the trail to inflate your tires and run air tools fast! You no longer need to worry about where you’re going to mount all those components that are required with conventional engine driven or 12Volt compressors. You don’t need to find a spot to mount that large air tank, or route all those air lines, install switches, gauges, compressors. Everything you need for onboard is in one neat self contained package called Ultimate Air. Not only is Ultimate Air™ used for off-road, it’s used by wreckers, RVer’s, Fire Departments, and construction workers.

Ultimate Air™ Systems come in two basic configurations; our LT Series and XT Series. Our XT Series System includes our ProGrip™ Handle and the LT Series System includes a Plastic Carrying Handle. The LT Series System (shown on the left) gives the customer an even more affordable option to our line of Ultimate Air™ products. Although we recommend the protection of the ProGrip Handle (the Plastic Carrying Handle is designed to protect the valve of the cylinder only), the LT Series Systems offers the customer some additional cost savings and the ability to add the ProGrip™ Handle at a later date.
Our New High Flow, High Output FlowTech™ Series HX220 Regulator features the latest and greatest in patented regulator technology. Features include dual glycerin filled stainless steel gauges (standard, some charge extra), a "Stay-put" valve seal, built-in safety relief valve, all aluminum anodized body for superior durability and heat transfer, an automatic quick disconnect coupler, allowing a convenient one-handed connection, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty!! The aluminum adjusting knob is knurled for a no-slip grip and is adjustable to 220psi with an impressive 31CFM flow rate! The FlowTech HX220 Regulator is the most advanced regulator with the highest standard output pressure on the market today! ...This is the system you need!

Our New FlowTech™ Series FX180 Regulator features the latest and greatest in patented regulator technology. Features include a "Stay-put" valve seal, built-in safety relief valve, an automatic quick disconnect coupler, allowing a convenient one-handed connection, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Our High Flow, High Output 180 psi FX180 Regulator was specifically designed to withstand the harsh punishment and Extreme Performance our customers demand in their Ultimate Air™ Systems! And with an impressive 24CFM flow rate, our regulators will not freeze clog like some of the low flow balloon and welding regulators out on the market today!

 25' UltraBraid™ High Pressure Braided Polyurethane coiled hose with removable air chuck & coupler assembly. Common braided hoses consist of an inner tube, braiding and an outer cover that eventually lose their adhesion causing hose failure. Unlike these other hoses, Ultimate Air's UltraBraid™ HP Hose features a fully encapsulated braid insuring hose cannot come apart, period! Our UltraBraid™ HP Hose is designed to withstand the Extreme Pressures and Temperatures produced by CO2! In fact, wer're so confident in this advanced material that we include a Three Year Limited Lifetime Warrany!

 Our NEW ProG rip™ Handle provides Ultimate Protection to the HX220 and FX180 regulators. The ProGrip™ Handle is CNC machined and formed from solid 6061 aluminum and is 30% lighter and 25% stronger than our old GripGuard Handle. Unlike some of the other systems on the market, this handle is proudly made in the USA and is specifically designed to fit our style cylinders, NOT a "universal/one-size-fits-all"!! We do offer a "Universal" handle designed to fit other popular size cylinders if you prefer to use your own cylinder and can be found in our store in the "ProGrip Handle" category. Our ProGrip™ Handle comes complete with stainless steel fasteners and is included with our XT Series Systems!
