Ultimate Air™ systems are ultimately the quickest and easiest upgrade to on-board air you can install on your vehicle. Ultimate Air systems uses liquid CO2 to produce the power you need on the trail to inflate your tires and run air tools fast! You no longer need to worry about where you’re going to mount all those components that are required with conventional engine driven or 12Volt compressors. You don’t need to find a spot to mount that large air tank, or route all those air lines, install switches, gauges, compressors. Everything you need for onboard is in one neat self contained package called Ultimate Air. Not only is Ultimate Air™ used for off-road, it’s used by wreckers, RVer’s, Fire Departments, and construction workers.

We’ve added another product line! By popular request, we’re bringing back our original product line. Introducing… our new Ultimate Air™ “LT” series. This system was added to give the customer an even more affordable option to our line of Ultimate Air™ products. These new “LT” systems offer all the same high strength, high quality components that are in our “XT” series with the exception of our new Grip Guard™ handle. The “LT” series comes with a plastic valve protector handle. This handle provides the necessary protection to the cylinder valve.
 The Ultimate Air™ MultiForce™ regulator is completely adjustable. This system lets you set the regulator to any pressure you want. This is the system you need if you’re running air lockers or tools on the trail. Our MultiForce™ regulator features dual stainless steel pressure gauges (one for tank pressure and one for outlet pressure) and a quick connect air hose coupler.

The Ultimate Air™ EXpress™ regulator is designed strictly for inflating and reseating tires. The EXpress™ regulator is preset to 150psi. If you don’t think you will need the versatility of the MultiForce™, then this is the system you need. Note: Because of the high pressure setting on this system, we do not recommend using air tools. Most air tools require a lower setting. Check your air tool requirements before using this system with air tools. |
 Our custom hoses are 25 foot polyurethane coiled air hoses with an 8” supply end (with an Industrial Interchange plug fitted) and a 16” working end (with an Industrial Interchange Six Ball Coupler fitted). Both ends of this hose feature reusable rigid fittings. This hose is extremely flexible and kink-resistant, and all our hoses come completely assembled and ready to use.
All of our systems come complete with a high quality, lightweight aluminum Ultimate Air™ tank with a permanent valve seal, Ultimate Air’s™ own custom 25’ polyurethane air hose complete with air chuck, Heavy Duty powder coated mounting bracket, regulator, and our custom carrying handle/regulator protector. This IS the most complete, most economical system available today!
